A team heading in the wrong direction can hijack the organization. Conversely, a high-performing team can lead an organization. These are some of the ways that I work with teams:

Leadership Consortium

I tailor a curriculum and customize sessions to the needs of a group of leaders in your organization. There’s a great deal of power when leaders learn from one another. This group process increases trust, transparency and collaboration.

Mediation

Some of my best work is providing peace and a sense of direction among a group of employees with different points of view. I work behind the scenes to facilitate a solution agreeable to all parties.

Team Retreat

Nothing brings a group together more than a shared experience. Planning, group dynamics, and diving into other team skills can be very fun in the right setting. Off-site locations create atmospheres conducive to group cohesion.

Workshops

There is a wide array of content that I deliver for groups in need of a particular skill-set, including, but not limited to: managing different points of view, enhancing communication and listening skills, leading effective meetings, motivating your team, being innovative in the workplace, creating higher engagement, understanding thinking styles. Workshops can be scheduled as single sessions or run as a series.

Succession Planning

I work with the team to identify and review processes and procedures inherent to the role. I also find it important to address the complicated emotions during a team’s transition from one leader to another. This process is indicative of the organization’s care for its employees. When an organization handles a transition well, it creates a culture of trust, and is ultimately more productive.
