In my experience organizations struggle in three areas: individual employees, poorly performing teams, or priorities which are not aligned with the values of the organization.
Executive coaching, psychological assessments, succession planning, and legacy recording are but some of the tools I use to help the individual tap into their own potential. I can be contacted by individuals or organizations who need to enhance organizational performance. We can’t underestimate role clarity and the value of a psychological contract among members of a group. I help make this clear so that the individual parts can grow as a team and do the work of the organization. A misaligned organization has dysfunctional characteristics which make the work of teams and individuals impossible. Executive team work and environmental analysis are some of the areas where I can begin to focus.
